AT HOTEL HAKATA
Starting on March 5, 2021, this hotel will be run by staff with many years of experience working in hotels, inns, and agencies, and will be a place that can reach those itchy spots and make your dreams come true.
Our main focus is on families. Although it is a third-rate hotel, we provide everything you would normally compromise on when traveling.
We are still inexperienced and are growing day by day with the feedback of our customers.
User guide
■Check-in/Check-out *We are unable to accommodate requests outside of these hours for any reason.
●Check-in: 15:00 - 19:30
●Check-out time: 11:00
■Regarding early check-in and late check-out: Early check-in is not available.
Late check-out is available until 13:00.
If you wish, we can accommodate this for an additional charge of 1,000 yen per hour.
If you wish to check out late, please do so by the day before. This will be the end of the application process .
■ About Parking Parking available for 7 cars *Only available to customers who have booked a parking-guaranteed plan.
*Please note that unauthorized parking is subject to a fine.
■Regarding the storage of personal belongings: We regret that we cannot store personal belongings before check-in or after check-out.
There is no cloakroom on the premises, and therefore we cannot guarantee security.
Furthermore, we decline this service to avoid any damage or soiling to your valuable personal belongings.
We kindly ask for your understanding.
■Regarding delivered packages and mail : We do not accept deliveries or mail on behalf of others at our facilities.
Similar to personal belongings, there is no cloakroom on the premises, and therefore we cannot guarantee security for your belongings.
Furthermore, we decline this request to avoid any damage or soiling to your valuable belongings.

■ For customers arriving by taxi from Hakata Station (limited to foreign nationals)
At our facility, we offer the following to guests arriving at our hotel from JR Hakata Station:
The hotel will cover the taxi fare (up to one taxi per room).
Be sure to get a receipt from the taxi driver.
Please contact the front desk at the address listed during front desk hours (15:00-19:30 *only during these hours).
We will reimburse you for your taxi fare in exchange for the receipt.
*We will not charge you any fees during your stay or after check-out.
*Please note that this hotel cannot arrange or book taxis. Guests are requested to make their own arrangements.
