~ Check-in method ~
As the establishment is unmanned check-in, guests are required to complete the check-in procedure at a machine on the ground floor.
You will receive a pre-registration email the day before your stay,
Please register the details of all guests.
The check-in process will be smoother if you have already registered.
(1) In the pre-registration information email to the machine,
Enter the [check-in code] or [QR code] provided in the pre-registration information email into the machine.
(2) After proceeding with the procedure, you will be connected to a customer service representative.
The customer will issue you with a password to retrieve your room key.
(3) Enter the issued password into the numeric keypad on the right-hand side of the machine.
Once you have completed the entry, you can retrieve your room key.
