AT HOTEL HAKATA
Starting on March 5, 2021, this hotel will be run by staff with many years of experience working in hotels, inns, and agencies, and will be a place that can reach those itchy spots and make your dreams come true.
Our main focus is on families. Although it is a third-rate hotel, we provide everything you would normally compromise on when traveling.
We are still inexperienced and are growing day by day with the feedback of our customers.
User guide
■Check-in/Check-out.
Check-in ➡ 15:00-19:30 Check-out ➡ 11:00
The establishment has an unattended check-in.
An email with pre-registration information will be sent the day before your stay.
Please check and complete the procedure once you have received it.
If you have pre-registered, you can check in after 19:30.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive the pre-registration email, please contact the following address.
■ Early check-in and late check-out
Early check-in is not possible.
Late check-out is available until 12:00 pm at an additional charge of JPY 1,000 per hour.
Late check-out requests must be made by 17:00 the day before the check-out date.
■About the parking lot
Parking is available only for guests who have reserved a confirmed parking plan.
※Please note that unapproved parking will result in a fine.
■Regarding custody of belongings
The facility does not accept personal belongings before check-in.
There is no cloak room in the facility, and security cannot be ensured.
In addition, in order to avoid damaging or defacement of the customer's valuable belongings, we do not allow it.Thank you for your understanding.
■Luggage storage.
We do not store luggage prior to check-in.
This is because there is no cloakroom on the premises and security cannot be ensured.

■Courier and postal items
The facility does not accept courier or postal items on behalf of its guests.
As with personal belongings, there is no cloakroom on the premises, so security cannot be guaranteed.
■For guests arriving by taxi
The hotel will pay taxi fares only for guests coming from JR Hakata Station or Fukuoka Airport,
One taxi is allowed per room.
Please ensure you receive a receipt.
Please ask at the front desk during reception hours (15:00-19:30 *only during reception hours).
You will receive the taxi fare in exchange for the receipt.
No charges will be made during your stay or after check-out.
The hotel does not arrange or book taxis. Guests must make their own arrangements.
