*Regarding early check-in and late check-out
We are unable to accommodate early check-in.
Late check-out is possible until 13:00.
If you wish, we will accept it at an additional charge of 1,000 yen per hour.

■ About parking lot
Parking fee (9 cars) 1,000 yen per car per night
​ *Advance reservations are required.

 

■Regarding custody of belongings
The facility does not accept personal belongings before check-in.
There is no cloak room in the facility, and security cannot be ensured.
In addition, in order to avoid damaging or defacement of the customer's valuable belongings, we do not allow it.

■Delivery and postal items
We do not accept parcels or postal items received by a proxy at the facility.
As with personal items, there is no cloakroom in the facility, and security cannot be ensured.

For customers who wish to send their luggage in advance,
​We ask that you send and receive your luggage at a designated time according to the time you will be in the room on the day of your stay.

For those coming by cab from Hakata Station
The hotel will pay the cab fare only for guests coming from JR Hakata Station to the hotel.(1 car per room)
Please be sure to receive a receipt from the cab driver and present it to the front desk.
The hotel will cover the cab fare only when you arrive at the hotel at the time of check-in.

Additionally, our hotel is unable to arrange or reserve taxis. Please make your own arrangements.
